Fair Fare?

This is just for kicks but for anyone following this, do you have a favorite fair food?

I am a die hard loaded potato muncher! I pretty much hoover vacuum these bad boys up when I can find them. usually made from a whole potato spun and and shredded, topped with bacon, cheese and sour cream and even some times chives. Delicious!
